Return Policy

Next Level Performance Centre and Pro Shop check all orders before shipment for quality assurance.

If however you wish to exchange a product for another size or return a product you believe has a manufacturing fault please read the information below.

RETURNS POLICY

Next Level Performance Centre and Pro Shop will work with customers on any reasonable claim but you must comply with the following instructions and exclusions:

  • Claims must be made within 14 days of original purchase date.
  • No claim will be approved on used equipment, sharpened or heat moulded skates.
  • No claim will be approved on underwear, undergarments or jocks.
  • No refund or exchange will be authorized on clearance items.
  • No claim will be approved if unauthorized repairs have been carried out by the customer.
  • No claim will be approved on products where the original packing has been damaged, defaced or in a re-saleable condition. This includes shipping labels attached directly to product packaging.

REFUND POLICY

Next Level Performance Centre and Pro Shop reserves the right to exchange or repair before a refund will be considered. In the case of a refund on a new or unused item, the original shipping costs will not be refunded and the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. No payment for time or travel will be provided under any circumstances to do with any return.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES

If you have purchased a product and wish to exchange it for a different size or model, Please contact us for authorization and an address to return the item.

Shipping cost’s both ways for exchanges are the customers responsibly.
