HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING / DELIVERY TAKE?

Order processing will typically take place within 24hrs of receipt of your order / payment but may require longer during peak times. Standard delivery is typically overnight from date of despatch to East Coast main centres but may take an additional 3 to 6 business days for SA, WA, Tasmania, NT and regional areas.

HOW DO WE SHIP?

We ship using a variety of forwarders including but not restricted to DFE and E-PARCEL POST. Due to the nature of our product, not all products can be shipped by Post.

All delivery times are indications only.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST

Shipping is a flat $18.00 fee to anywhere in Australia for purchases under $400.00 purchases over $400.00 shipping is free of charge.

HOME ADDRESS DELIVERY

Because we usually use Road Transport due to the nature of our products, we cannot send goods to a PO Box and it would be ideal (not essential) if the desired address has someone available to sign for the delivery of the goods.

We prefer to ship to a business address but if a home address is chosen, we ask your permission to leave the order in a safe location if there is no-one home to accept delivery. This option will appear in the cart.

Next Level Performance Centre and Pro Shop is not liable for stolen, lost or damaged parcels.

IN STORE PICK UP

While we offer in store pickup, some products displayed on our website are not stocked within our store front and are located at our warehouse.

When “In store Pick-up” method is chosen we will contact you via email or phone once your item is ready for collection.

Please note this usually takes 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hour on the weekend.

DELAY

Discrepancies regarding credit card detail, stock availability and address information will be reported immediately via the email or telephone number advised with the order. On rare occasions there may be a delay due to a high demand of orders or system complications from our warehouse.
